As an aid to the Citizens of New Berlin, we are in the process of posting all Ordinances on the Internet. These Ordinances are local laws enacted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of New Berlin and enforced by the Board, Police Department, and other Officials.
The contents of these documents are encoded in Adobe PDF format for easy viewing. These files are fully searchable and can be printed.
In order to view these files, the Adobe Acrobat Reader Plug-in is required to be installed on your computer. This plug-in is available free-of-charge from the Adobe web site: www.adobe.com.
The following chapters to the Revised Code of Ordinances for the Village of New Berlin are available online. The remaining chapters will be added soon.
The Ordinances are accessible as one complete file, as well as by chapter. As one file, the Ordinances are approximately 3MB in size. Accessing the individual chapter(s) will improve access time.
